Memmingen’s New Housing Project Offers Apartments for Hospital Staff and Trainees

A unique housing development is underway in Memmingen, with 91 apartments planned on Römerstraße. Built4Future, based in Bad Wörishofen, is leading the project in collaboration with the housing association LEG. Notably, the development will include rental units specifically for employees of Memmingen Hospital.

The project, set to create 91 apartments in total, will also feature a trainee dormitory for Memmingen Hospital. This initiative aims to provide convenient and affordable housing options for both hospital staff and trainees. Built4Future, the primary constructor, is working closely with LEG to ensure the project meets the needs of the community and the hospital.

The Römerstraße development, with its mix of apartments and a trainee dormitory, is expected to significantly benefit Memmingen Hospital employees and trainees. Upon completion, it will offer a unique housing solution that caters to the specific needs of the hospital community.
