For the past decade, she has been with Dillard's, where she handles tasks like stitching, hemming, fixing zippers, and steaming. Despite her age, she works five days a week, eight hours a day, showcasing her dedication and energy.

Alice's responsibilities cover three Dillard's stores in Charlotte: SouthPark Mall, Northlake Mall, and Carolina Place Mall. Her expertise ensures that customers leave satisfied with their altered garments. Before opening her own workshop, Alice worked at a Dillard's store in Charlotte ten years ago.
