Magenta Telekom Bolsters Leadership with New CHRO and CFO

Magenta Telekom has announced two key appointments. Christian Hauer, a seasoned HR professional, will join as the new Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO) on October 15, 2025. Meanwhile, Aleksander Bek, an experienced finance manager, will take over as Chief Financial Officer (CFO) starting November 1, 2025.

Hauer brings a wealth of experience to Magenta, having spent 17 years at Deutsche Telekom. He previously led global talent management and European leadership teams. Thomas Kicker, CEO of Magenta Telekom, expressed confidence in Hauer's ability to significantly contribute to the company's cultural development and future.

Hauer succeeds Nathalie Rau, who departed Magenta Telekom in mid-September after a three-year tenure. Meanwhile, Bek, who has been with Deutsche Telekom since 2009, will transition from his current role, having held several finance management positions in Poland and Germany.

With these appointments, Magenta Telekom strengthens its leadership team. Hauer's expertise in HR and Bek's finance background are expected to drive the company's growth and success in their respective areas.
