Madhya Pradesh tax body launches training for new Income Tax Act 2025

The Madhya Pradesh Tax Consultants Association (MPTCA) has announced plans to support taxpayers and professionals with the new Income Tax Act 2025. A series of seminars and training sessions will take place across the state to address common challenges under direct and indirect taxes.

MPTCA president Sumit Nema, a senior advocate, highlighted the difficulties faced by taxpayers and tax professionals. The association aims to simplify compliance through structured awareness programmes.

The first workshop will be held in Indore. These events will focus on the updated tax laws and provide practical guidance for professionals. In addition, MPTCA will train young tax consultants to improve their skills. The goal is to help them perform better before tax authorities and in judicial settings.

The initiative comes as the new Income Tax Act 2025 takes effect. By organising seminars and training, MPTCA seeks to ease compliance burdens for both taxpayers and professionals. Further workshops will follow in other parts of Madhya Pradesh.
