As a Private Customer Consultant, you will be responsible for advising and supporting private customers on banking products and services such as accounts, loans, investments, and insurance. Your role will involve handling customer inquiries, managing relationships, and tailoring financial solutions to customer needs.
The ideal candidate should have completed an apprenticeship as a bank clerk and passed the Sparkassen Fachwirt exam or a comparable qualification. They should also have comprehensive knowledge of all financial services, experience in private customer consulting, and a customer and sales orientation with a strong service mindset.
Good interpersonal skills and sales experience are important for this role. Candidates should demonstrate initiative, independence, team spirit, and excellent communication skills. They should also be willing to continue developing and representing Sparkasse Altbayern in public.
