Krasnodar’s Export Booster Program Drives Municipal Economic Growth Through Global Trade
Yevgenia Vorobyova, Krasnodar Krai's First Deputy Head of the Department for Business Development and Foreign Economic Activity, has emphasized the need for municipalities to receive support, resources, and practical tools to enhance their economic activity. This comes as the region's Export Booster program has demonstrated success in bolstering municipal teams' expertise in international business activities.
Launched in 2023, the Export Booster program has engaged over 1,300 participants, including 130 small and medium-sized businesses, across three years. In 2025 alone, more than 550 people from 33 municipal districts, including Krasnodar, completed the training. The program aims to boost municipal performance, build expertise in global trade, identify company needs, and facilitate entry into international markets. It has proven effective in enhancing municipal teams' expertise in this economy-boosting area.
The Export Booster program has shown significant impact, with over 1,300 participants benefiting from it over three years. In 2025, 550 municipal employees from 33 districts, including Krasnodar, completed the training.
