KPMG India Appoints Manoj Kumar Vijai as New Non-Executive Chairperson
KPMG in India has named Manoj Kumar Vijai as its new Non-Executive Chairperson. His appointment will take effect on January 1, 2026, and run until April 30, 2030. The decision follows a career spanning over three decades in banking, financial services, and professional leadership roles.
Vijai currently leads as the Office Managing Partner for KPMG’s Mumbai office. He also heads the firm’s Risk Advisory division. His experience includes multiple leadership qualities positions within KPMG India, covering diverse industries and service lines.
Vijai’s appointment brings extensive industry knowledge to KPMG India’s leadership. His tenure will focus on guiding the board through strategic decisions. The firm expects his experience to strengthen governance and advisory operations in the coming years.
