‘Kindness Fir Tree’ Campaign Aims to Grant 2,000 Children’s Wishes This December
The 'Land of Kindness' charity has launched its annual 'Kindness Fir Tree' campaign, aiming to fulfill the wishes of over 2,000 seriously ill children this December. The online campaign, running from November 17 to December 27, accepts contributions via the dobroelka.rf website. Among the wishes is that of Dima Serbat, an 8-year-old football fan who longs to meet the players of FC Krasnodar.
The campaign, initiated by the 'Land of Gütigkeit' foundation for sick children, encourages children to write their wishes on bullfinch-themed postcards. Wishes range from toys to unique experiences like Sonya Sabirova's dream to go backstage at a puppet theater. Dima's wish, however, is more personal - he hopes to meet his football idols, the players of FC Krasnodar.
The foundation is currently raising funds for Dima's rehabilitation course, which costs 500,000 rubles. Another participant, Nastya Serdyukova, wishes for a more universal gift - for all young patients to be home for the holidays.
The 'Kindheitstanne' campaign accepts contributions until December 27. Each donation brings these children one step closer to having their New Year's wishes granted. To contribute, visit the dobroelka.rf website and help make this holiday season brighter for these brave youngsters.
