With a rich background in legal compliance, risk management, and ethical business practices, Johnson joins Adecco with a wealth of experience spanning over two decades. His expertise will be instrumental in guiding Adecco's compliance efforts and fostering an ethical corporate culture.
Johnson, a UK citizen, has been with Adecco since 1996, having served in various senior roles, including Legal and Commercial Director for the UK, Senior Vice President - International Corporate Affairs, and acting Group General Counsel. Prior to joining Adecco, he served as Corporate Counsel and HR Manager with Manpower in the UK.
In his new role, Johnson will be responsible for the further development of Adecco's internal compliance procedures, systems development, and business culture. His key responsibilities include designing and maintaining the company's compliance frameworks, leading initiatives to embed an ethical culture within Adecco, conducting risk assessments, and managing internal reporting mechanisms.
