Enapter AG Strengthens Management Board with Appointment of Hydrogen Expert Ivan Gruber

Ivan Gruber, a proven expert in the field of hydrogen technology, has been appointed as the Chief Technology Officer (CTO) and Chief Operating Officer (COO) of Enapter AG. This strategic move is expected to significantly contribute to Enapter's growth and product development.

Gruber, who studied at ETH Zurich, brings extensive experience to the table. He spent several years at GKN Automotive as an engineer responsible for system tests in the field of electromobility. Prior to this, he worked at Durst Phototechnik AG. Most recently, he held the position of Vice President at GKN Hydrogen.

In his role at Enapter AG, Gruber will oversee technology development and operations. He will lead innovation specifically in Anion Exchange Membrane (AEM) stack modules and production, which are key components in hydrogen technology. This positions him as a central figure driving advancements in green hydrogen technology at Enapter AG.

The Enapter Group is continuing its growth strategy with this addition to the Management Board. The Management Board now consists of four members: Dr. Jürgen Laakmann (CEO), Gerrit Kaufhold (CFO), Ivan Gruber (CTO and COO), and Armin Steiner (Chairman of the Supervisory Board).

Armin Steiner expressed delight at Gruber's appointment, believing that the expanded Management Board team will strengthen Enapter's market position. He also sees Gruber's appointment as ideal for Enapter's further international growth.
