ITV & STV Partner with Go.Compare for 'This Morning' Sponsorship

ITV and STV have inked a deal with Go.Compare for a year-long sponsorship of 'This Morning'. The partnership, brokered by Hearts & Science, will see Go.Compare's branding appear across multiple platforms, including linear TV, on-demand services, apps, and social media. This marks Go.Compare's first foray into YouTube sponsorships.

The deal, set to run from September 2023 to August 2026, includes 10-second idents that will run around free-streamed episodes on ITVX and STV Player. Short-form content will also appear on their respective apps. Go.Compare will enjoy a total of 180 seconds of branded content every weekday across these channels.

Creative for the sponsorship has been developed by DRUM, working with Stephen Pipe and Tantrum Productions. The idents will star 'This Morning' regular and ITV Daytime's live competitions presenter, Kate Lawler. Joshua Tumbridge, Head of Brand and Campaigns at Go.Compare, expressed excitement about the partnership, aligning with the company's goal to further cement its reputation as a trusted financial companion. Tom Cornell, Chief Investment Officer at Hearts & Science, highlighted the strength of 'This Morning' in building brand health and positioning.

Go.Compare's sponsorship of 'This Morning' across various platforms aims to solidify its brand as a reliable financial companion. The year-long deal, brokered by Hearts & Science, offers extensive visibility for the company, with no immediate plans for a new advertising partner on 'This Morning' on ITV.
