INVO Fertility overhauls leadership to fuel clinic expansion and growth

INVO Fertility, Inc. has reshuffled its leadership team to support its growth strategy. The company, which specialises in fertility treatments, announced two key appointments this week. These changes aim to strengthen operations as the business expands its clinic network.

Andrea Goren, who joined INVO as chief financial officer in July 2021, will now take on dual roles. She becomes chief business officer and the first chief executive officer of INVO Centers LLC, a newly established position. Her appointment takes effect on December 30, 2025.

Terah Krigsvold, previously the company’s controller since December 2020, replaces Goren as chief financial officer of INVO Fertility. The leadership shift follows the company’s ongoing efforts to build, acquire, and operate fertility clinics across the US.

INVO currently runs two INVO Centers and one IVF clinic in the country. Alongside clinic operations, it continues to sell and distribute its INVOcell technology to third-party fertility providers. CEO Steve Shum stated that the changes will help the company execute its growth plan and move closer to profitability.

The appointments mark a strategic step for INVO Fertility as it expands its fertility services. With Goren leading INVO Centers LLC and Krigsvold overseeing finances, the company aims to strengthen its market position. The focus remains on increasing access to reproductive healthcare through both owned clinics and technology partnerships.
