Tata Motors declarates that the new Harrier and Safari Adventure X trim include numerous consumer-friendly features at a more budget-friendly price compared to the high-end versions. The company has also simplified the variant options for both SUV models.

The Tata Harrier and Safari Adventure X models have been unveiled, showcasing premium upgrades in technology, safety, and comfort, setting them apart from base models and competitors like the Jeep Compass, Mahindra XUV700, MG Hector, and Mahindra Scorpio N.

Tata Harrier Adventure X Highlights

The Tata Harrier Adventure X comes equipped with a 2.0L Kryotec diesel engine, producing 167.62 bhp and 350 Nm torque. It offers both manual and automatic gearbox options, front-wheel drive, and a diesel fuel with an ARAI-rated mileage of 16.8 kmpl. The SUV rides on 17-inch alloy wheels, features disc front brakes, and drum rear brakes.

Inside, the Harrier Adventure X boasts black and tan leatherette upholstery, a 6-way powered driver’s seat, auto headlights and wipers, a rear defogger, and terrain modes (Normal, Rough, Wet) and drive modes (City, Sports, Eco). The SUV also offers a 10.25-inch touchscreen infotainment system and a digital console.

Safety-wise, the Harrier Adventure X is equipped with 6 airbags, ABS with EBD, ESP, and basic driver assistance features. Two variants are available: the Adventure X and the Adventure X Plus, which adds Level 2 ADAS and an electronic parking brake.

Tata Safari Adventure X Plus Highlights

The Safari Adventure X Plus shares the same 2.0L turbocharged diesel engine as the Harrier, producing the same power and torque. It offers advanced safety features, including Level 2 ADAS (adaptive cruise control, lane keep assist, lane departure warning, front collision prevention, and blind spot detection) and 6 airbags.

The Safari Adventure X Plus also features a panoramic sunroof, a 6-way powered driver’s seat, a 10.24-inch digital driver’s display and touchscreen infotainment, and a black and tan interior theme. The SUV comes with a 360-degree surround view camera system, terrain modes (Normal, Rough & Wet), and other features like auto headlamps, rain-sensing wipers, and 18-inch alloy wheels.

The Safari Adventure X Plus is more premium, offering enhanced safety and tech features compared to older Safari models and other variants. A new Supernova Copper exterior and Adventure Oak interior are also featured in this model.
