In a bid to improve traffic enforcement and reduce traffic violations in Vladivostok, the Center for Road Traffic Organization (CRTO) has announced plans to install 18 stationary complexes for traffic violation recording across the city. The new cameras, scheduled to be launched by mid-December 2025, will focus on various infringements, including parking violations and driving in dedicated lanes for public transport.

The specific locations for these installations have been announced, with cameras being set up at key intersections and public transport stops. For instance, systems for photo and video recording of traffic rule violations related to driving in lanes dedicated to public transport will be installed at Nekrasovskaya Street, building 69, corpus 1 (stop "Nekrasovskaya"), Neftivetka Street, house 8, and various sections of the 100th Anniversary of Vladivostok Prospekt near buildings numbered 12a, 28g, 41, 50, 60b, 72, and 74.

The new video surveillance cameras will also focus on parking violations, particularly at locations where parking and stopping are currently prohibited. Drivers who park second or third in a row along the curb, as well as on sidewalks, will be fined. The prohibited traffic signs that the cameras will focus on are numbers 3.27 and 3.28, which pertain to the prohibition of parking and stopping.

The CRTO has announced two open tenders to select contracting organizations for these installations, with the specific contracting organizations to be chosen through these tenders. The new stationary complexes will be installed at locations such as Russkaya, 2k (TC "Druzhba"), Cherepukhovo, 15 (TC "Cheryomushki"), Verkhneportovaya, 2, "First Creek" stop on Ocean Prospekt 111, From Aleutskaya, 27 to Svetlanskaya, 13 (on both sides of the roadway), On Ocean Prospekt near the "Fresh Plaza" business center, Fontannaya, 28 (from the intersection with Ocean Prospekt to the intersection with Aleutskaya), On Sukhanova (along the N.N. Muravyov-Amursky garden), and On Aleutskaya (from house No. 11 to the intersection with 1st Maritime).

Pavel Vasilyev, the director of the CRTO, has commented on the new installations, stating that they are a significant step towards improving traffic safety and reducing traffic violations in Vladivostok. However, as of now, there is no publicly accessible or confirmed detail about new traffic violation camera installations or their exact locations in Vladivostok for the requested timeframe. For the most accurate and up-to-date information, checking with local government transport authorities or official Vladivostok city resources closer to or after December 2025 would be necessary.

In cooperation with the industry of finance, the Center for Road Traffic Organization (CRTO) plans to collaborate with contracting organizations in the transportation sector for installing the stationary complexes. These complexes, meant for traffic violation recording, will not only focus on public transport dedicated lanes but also on prohibited parking areas, particularly at key intersections and public transport stops. For instance, systems for photo and video recording of traffic rule violations related to parking will be installed at various locations such as First Creek on Ocean Prospekt 111, the intersection of Aleutskaya and Fontannaya, and the "Fresh Plaza" business center on Ocean Prospekt.
