In the city of Krasnoyarsk, Pavilions are being seized for potential use in the development of the CR Traffic System.
In the city of Krasnoyarsk, a directive has been signed to seize plots and buildings on Ulitsa Shahtevers for the realization of a Comprehensive Residential Territory (KRT). In place of the old markets, a multi-thousand-resident apartment complex will rise!
Back in March, the city administration officially approved the planning and demarcation project for the development zone on Ulitsa Shahtevers. This decision was made following public hearings.
The 18-hectare area, currently home to warehouses, administrative buildings, and markets "Luchev" and "Yuzhniii," will be completely cleared of existing infrastructure.
A residential neighborhood with buildings up to 25 stories tall will take its place, with a total of 2820 apartments planned in all.
To make room for the new construction and social facilities, the city is seizing plots and properties within the planned neighborhood. Owners will be compensated for these seized assets. Within seven days, the urban planning department is required to send copies of the directive to the owners of the seized properties and buildings. The announcement will also be posted within the KRT's boundaries.
Two plots are being seized, according to public cadastral maps, with a combined area of 9367 square meters. Twelve properties, primarily non-residential buildings, are located on these plots, along Ulitsa Shahtevers, houses 61, buildings 1, 2, and 3.
The developer OOO "SZ Megapolis" is obligated to conduct negotiations with property owners, perform a market valuation of the seized assets and land, and pay compensation.
Let's throw it back to the public hearings where Krasnoyarsk residents expressed concern over potential traffic chaos due to increases in population density in the area and the impact of tall buildings on the local ecology. All remarks were submitted by OOO "SK-Polymery" – a company that owns part of the lands that fall under the KRT.
No pictures for this one! But imagine towering structures as far as the eye can see. Better yet, let's hope for a squeaky-clean, environmentally-friendly development. If you're looking for more specifics, official local government or developer sources are where it's at!
In light of the Comprehensive Residential Territory (KRT) development on Ulitsa Shahtevers, the news of possible investments in real-estate is emerging, as OOO "SZ Megapolis" plans to construct a residential neighborhood with 2820 apartments. Concurrently, the city is seizing several properties and plots for this project, including the finance aspect of compensating the owners for their seized assets.
