ICAI announces September–November 2026 exam dates and registration details

ICAI announces September–November 2026 exam dates and registration details

The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI) has released the examination schedule for its September-November 2026 session. Students can now plan for the Foundation, Intermediate, and Final Course exams, along with post-qualification assessments. Registration for these exams will open in early July 2026. The Foundation Course exams will take place on September 2, 5, 7, and 9, 2026. Candidates for this level will pay an examination fee of ₹1,500.

The Intermediate Course exams are split into two groups. Group I will be held on September 1, 3, and 6, 2026. Group II follows on September 8, 10, and 12, 2026.

For the Final Course, Group I exams are scheduled for November 2, 4, and 6, 2026. Group II exams will run on November 9, 11, and 13, 2026. The fee for a single group is ₹1,800, while both groups cost ₹3,300.

Post-qualification examinations have also been announced. The INTT-AT will take place on November 11 and 13, 2026. The IRM Technical Examination will be held on November 6, 9, 11, and 13, 2026.

Online applications open on July 6, 2026, and close on July 22, 2026. A correction window will be available from July 23 to 25, 2026. Late submissions will incur a fee of ₹600 for Indian and Kathmandu centres, or US $10 for overseas candidates. The ICAI’s schedule allows candidates to prepare for exams across multiple levels. Registration and fee details are now available, with deadlines set for July 2026. Late applicants will face additional charges depending on their exam centre location.
