Hyperliquid: Can Hype finally stabilize?
Hyperliquid (HYPE) is showing signs of a fragile recovery after a steep price correction. Analyst Anton Kharitonov from Traders Union has highlighted structural weaknesses in its chart, with the token trading below key levels. Recent data suggests that selling pressure may now be easing, but a true reversal will need stronger confirmation.
The daily chart for HYPE reveals a classic rollover pattern, reinforcing concerns about its short-term stability. The Relative Strength Index (RSI) sits deep in oversold territory, hinting at a possible stabilisation or technical bounce. Meanwhile, the 4-hour chart shows the RSI equally oversold, while the Moving Average Convergence Divergence (MACD) indicates fading negative momentum.
Liquidity analysis supports this outlook. A liquidation heatmap confirms that most downside liquidity has already been flushed out, lowering the risk of further sharp sell-offs. The current price range also displays a clear short delta, with heavy high-volume positions sitting above the present level—conditions that could fuel a short-driven rally if buying interest returns. For a credible trend reversal, HYPE must first break and hold above the 50-period Exponential Moving Average (EMA) on the 4-hour chart, followed by the 200-period EMA. Until then, the recovery remains uncertain, relying on price action rather than indicators alone. The token has found temporary support in a green zone with high historical trading volume, which is acting as a stable demand base. Kharitonov’s analysis underscores the fragility of the current phase. Without a sustained move above these moving averages, HYPE could struggle to regain momentum, leaving traders cautious despite oversold signals.
HYPE’s price action remains in a delicate position, with oversold conditions and liquidity data suggesting a potential rebound. A confirmed reversal, however, depends on breaking key moving averages and attracting fresh buying pressure. Until then, the token’s recovery stays unproven and vulnerable to further volatility.
