In a significant development, Aavas Financiers, headed by founder and CEO Sachin Bansal, has announced its plans to raise funds over the next year. The funds will be raised through the issuance of Non-Convertible Debentures (NCDs), and the fundraising will take place on a private placement basis.

The total amount Aavas Financiers aims to raise is a substantial Rs 8,500 crore. However, the exact date for the announcement of these fundraising plans has been set for September 18, 2025.

In a separate development, Aavas Financiers has also approved an ESOP-2025 plan, which is related to employee stock ownership. The details of this plan have not been disclosed at this time.

Meanwhile, the securities market is abuzz with other developments. Today, a list of 123 stocks went ex-date with dividends, splits, and rights issues, but Aavas Financiers was not among them. Stocks to watch today include Vedanta, JSW Energy, Adani Group stocks, and Oil India, among others.

Furthermore, Samvardhana Motherson's share price target has been hiked with a SELL rating by Citi, but this does not pertain to Aavas Financiers. NSDL's dividend 2025 record date is today, but there is no connection to Aavas Financiers.

Recently, Aavas Financiers held an AGM, but the specific date of this meeting has not been specified. There is also a potential opportunity for a Rs 50 dividend per share, but the company associated with this opportunity is not mentioned and may not be Aavas Financiers.
