Singu, a leading provider of Computer-Aided Facility Management (CAFM) solutions, has made a significant move in the European market by acquiring Berlin-based Net-haus GmbH and its popular software 'Hausmanager'.
This acquisition marks Singu's second purchase in the current quarter and a strategic step in their growth plans. The deal not only strengthens Singu's presence in the DACH region but also brings a wealth of local knowledge to the table.
Net-haus GmbH, with over 25 years of market experience, serves more than 600 customers in the real estate and facility management industry. The acquisition will ensure continuity in collaboration for existing Hausmanager customers while providing a forward-looking solution for the industry.
Peter Vollmer, the Managing Director DACH at Singu, will take over the management of Net-haus GmbH. Vollmer, along with an experienced team from Net-haus, will ensure a seamless integration of the two companies.
The Berlin office of Net-haus will continue to operate as the main German headquarters for Singu, providing uninterrupted service to its customers. This move also signifies Singu's entry into the German market, a significant step in its expansion in the DACH region.
