Halle (Saale) Showcases Entrepreneurial Spirit at Expo Real

Halle (Saale) is set to showcase its entrepreneurial spirit at Expo Real, Europe's largest real estate trade fair. The city is presenting itself as an economic and innovative hub in Munich from October 6-8. Mayor Egbert Geier will speak at a specialist forum on October 7 about the impact of large investments on inner-city development, focusing on Halle's projects.

The high-level forums at Expo Real will discuss topics such as decarbonization, skilled worker competition, and balancing quality standards with rising construction costs. In Halle, the focus is on the 'Greater Riebeckplatz' development. This includes the Future Centre, RAW area revitalization, traffic junction redesign, and complementary investments. Employees from the municipal department and EVG will discuss these projects with realtors, companies, and investors. Models, films, and virtual visualizations will showcase the development at the Riebeckplatz. The last remaining investment plots in Halle's Star Park and Technology Park Weinberg-Campus will also be highlighted.
