GUNZ unveils plans for the expansion of the GUN Token onto the Solana blockchain.

Gunzilla Games, the independent AAA video game developer and publisher, is set to expand its GUNZ token to the Solana blockchain on July 10, 2025. This move is part of a multi-chain strategy aimed at enhancing token accessibility, particularly for U.S. users, while leveraging Solana's high-speed, low-cost infrastructure and its strong community with high token liquidity.

Starting from July 10, the GUN token will remain on the GUNZ and Avalanche blockchains, but users will have the option to bridge their tokens to Solana. The bridging process will be facilitated by LayerZero, a leading interoperability protocol. This expansion aligns with Gunzilla’s broader "Too Big for One Chain" vision, aiming to build a more robust, scalable ecosystem by tapping into Solana’s fast and scalable blockchain technology.

Gunzilla is currently developing its AAA game, *Off The Grid*, which will feature an on-chain economy. Players will be able to deposit Solana-based GUN tokens directly into their in-game wallet. This move is expected to open new opportunities for partnerships, marketing initiatives, and community campaigns for Gunzilla's gaming ecosystem.

Gunzilla Games, the creator of GUNZ, a gamer-first blockchain ecosystem, is also the owner of Game Informer, the largest gaming media outlet. To celebrate the Solana integration, GUNZ will launch a limited-edition Solana-themed NFT content pack.

With over 17 million wallets registered in the GUNZ ecosystem, GUNZ is poised for strong growth. However, it is important to note that the GUNZ token is not offered to US persons, and users should verify their eligibility before acquiring or using GUN. The token's value is not covered by investor-compensation schemes.

Gunzilla Games is dedicated to pushing the boundaries of gaming innovation. In a statement, Vlad Korolov, CEO at Gunzilla Games, said, "This move reflects a long-term commitment to building a global, player-first ecosystem." For more information, users can visit the Gunzilla Games website.

Starting from July 10, users will not only find the GUN token on the GUNZ and Avalanche blockchains, but also on Solana, as part of Gunzilla's multi-chain strategy. The bridging process, facilitated by LayerZero, allows users to deposit Solana-based GUN tokens directly into their in-game wallet for the upcoming AAA game, Off The Grid.

To capitalize on the Solana integration, Gunzilla Games is releasing a limited-edition Solana-themed NFT content pack. This move is a long-term commitment to building a global, player-first ecosystem, according to Vlad Korolov, CEO at Gunzilla Games.
