Global Engineering Talent Competes at CASE-IN Championship in Moscow

The final of the 14th International Engineering Championship CASE-IN will take place in Moscow from May 20 to 22. A total of 208 teams, including participants from 13 foreign countries, will present innovative solutions in 12 key industrial sectors. The event has grown into the largest engineering case-solving contest over the past 14 years. This year’s championship will bring together 760 specialists and students from Russia’s top industries. Among them are six teams representing Nizhny Novgorod Oblast, including participants from Nizhny Novgorod State University of Architecture and Civil Engineering, Nizhny Novgorod State Technical University, and the Dzerzhinsk Polytechnic Institute.

The competition is backed by the Russia – Land of Opportunity platform, part of the Science to Win initiative and Russia’s Decade of Science and Technology. All events will be held at the National University of Science and Technology (MISIS). Winners in the student categories will receive preferential entry into master’s and doctoral programmes at 36 partner universities. Top young professionals will also gain career opportunities and the chance to implement their projects in real-world production.

The CASE-IN final will showcase cutting-edge solutions across 12 industrial fields. Successful participants will benefit from academic and professional advantages, including fast-tracked higher education and industry support. The championship continues to serve as a key platform for emerging engineering talent.
