Gathering of Businesspeople: "Let's Make Decisions Collaboratively"
In the heart of the Creative Cluster of the capital, the Entrepreneurs' Forum of the Republic of Sakha (Yakutia) "Time to Decide Together" took place over two days, on September 26 and September 27. The event, organised by the regional Ministry of Entrepreneurship, Trade, and Tourism, served as a significant platform for entrepreneurs, industry experts, and representatives of executive authorities to come together and discuss relevant business issues in the region.
The forum attracted over 1000 participants, including Alexander Nikiforov, who was awarded the title "Honored Worker of the Russian Federation's Trade," and Svetlana Barabanova, Ekaterina Okorokova, Yuri Darbasov, and Afanasiy Kipriyanov, who received "Civil Valor" badges. Sardana Pavлова, Chairperson of the Yakut Regional Branch of small and medium-sized entrepreneurs "OPORA Russia," presented awards to employees of Yakutian companies.
The program was diverse, featuring panel and plenary sessions, round tables, seminars, a pitch session, a meeting of public assistants and experts of the Business Ombudsman, events showcasing the tourism potential of Yakutia, an exhibition and presentation of products from school business incubators, a business game, and other activities.
Vasily Sleptcov, Vice-President of the "Chamber of Commerce and Industry of the Republic of Sakha (Yakutia)" Union, spoke about the updated format of the community's work and presented new projects. Timur Khandy, the Minister of Entrepreneurship, Trade, and Tourism, reported that the forum provided a platform for discussing business issues in the region.
Deputy Chairman of the Government of the Republic of Sakha (Yakutia) congratulated entrepreneurs on the Day of Statehood of Yakutia and emphasized that the number of small and medium-sized businesses is growing annually. He also highlighted that the Mountainous District has topped the investment climate ranking among municipalities in Yakutia for the third year in a row.
Lutsiya Ignatyeva, a forum participant, shared that she gained a lot of useful information and enjoyed meeting successful entrepreneurs. The forum concluded with a plenary session where the outcomes of the discussions were summarized.
Maxim Feoktistov, Nina Ordakhova, Fedor Vinokurov, Vyacheslav Antonov, Naum Filippov, Dmitry Gromov, and Maria-Margarita Tomskaya received letters of thanks from Il Darhana Aisen Nikolaev and Deputy Prime Minister of Yakutia Anatoly Semenov for their contributions to the forum. Andrey Grigoryev was honored with the Republic of Sakha (Yakutia) "For Goodwill and Charity" badge.
