Fraudster reinvents herself as a 'Life & Neuro Coach' in Switzerland after prison
A 44-year-old woman, previously jailed for posing as a beauty doctor, has re-emerged as a 'Life & Neuro Coach' in Switzerland. After serving time for fraud and document forgery in 2023, she now offers sessions in mindset training, neurocoaching, and breathwork—despite her questionable past.
Between 2021 and 2023, the woman falsely presented herself as a qualified medical practitioner. She administered Botox and hyaluronic acid injections, treatments legally restricted to trained doctors in Switzerland. Her deception unravelled in 2023 after multiple botched procedures led to her arrest. A court later convicted her of fraud and forgery, resulting in a prison sentence.
By December 2025, she had relaunched her career under a new title. Charging 250 francs per hour, she sells coaching packages of ten sessions for 2,300 francs. Her website displays fabricated media features, including a fake Forbes cover, alongside unverified awards like 'Innovative Life & Neuro Coach of the Year' and 'Best Life & Neuro Coach in Switzerland'. The organisations behind these accolades remain unconfirmed.
The woman claims certification from the International Coaching Federation (ICF), though the validity of these credentials is unclear. Swiss law does not regulate the coaching profession, allowing unqualified individuals to operate freely. Prosecutors in Aargau have stated that convictions in such cases require proof of direct harm—a challenge when dealing with intangible services like coaching.
The case highlights gaps in Switzerland's oversight of unregulated professions. Without legal protections, clients risk falling victim to unqualified practitioners. Authorities can only intervene if concrete evidence of harm emerges, leaving many services open to exploitation.
