Foods company Krasdale makes executive changes
Krasdale Foods, a family-owned grocery distribution, merchandising, and marketing services company based in the New York Metro area, has announced several new appointments and promotions within its ranks.
In a significant move, Carroll Arroyo has been appointed as the Sales Supervisor - Inside Sales, while Natalie Menns has been named the Director of Customer Experience. Both Arroyo and Menns bring extensive experience to their roles, with Arroyo boasting a more than 20-year tenure at Krasdale Foods and Menns nearly 20 years.
Cynthia Ramos has taken on the role of Chief Sales and Customer Officer, overseeing both customer service and inside sales. Meanwhile, Jose Torres has been promoted to Director of Sales, having brought over 20 years of retail and sales leadership experience to the company.
Howie Kent, who has played a pivotal role in developing Krasdale's reporting and in-store execution tools, has been named Director of Business Insights and Retail Technology. Joey Lebiak has also joined the team as a Data Analyst, transitioning from his previous role supporting Alpha 1 Marketing.
Jenn Carson has been named the Director of Marketing for Alpha 1, an affiliate of Krasdale Foods. The company also has a satellite office in Miami.
Krasdale and its affiliates serve more than 3,500 customers across eight states, supporting independent retailers operating under banners such as CTown, Bravo, Aim, Market Fresh, Shop Smart Food Markets, and Stop 1 Food Mart.
Recently, Krasdale celebrated the grand opening of its largest solar project in the Bronx, which is expected to generate 3.4M kWh of energy annually. The company's state-of-the-art distribution center in the Hunts Point neighborhood, in the New York City borough of Bronx, houses this project.
While the passing of industry pioneer Charles Krasne, the company's CEO, was noted earlier in 2025, the specific new appointments and leadership changes within Krasdale Foods itself have not been fully disclosed. For the latest and detailed information on Krasdale Foods leadership, checking direct company releases or industry news sources specialized in grocery distribution may provide a complete update.
