Five Khabarovsk organizations win DEK's 'A Step Ahead!' efficiency contest

Far Eastern Energy Company (DEK) has revealed the winners of its yearly 'A Step Ahead!' competition. The contest recognises management firms and homeowners' associations (HOAs) in Khabarovsk Krai for their efficiency and reliability. Five organizations stood out among more than 100 participants this year.

The competition evaluates companies on punctual electricity payments and digital workflow adoption. Winners had to meet their 2025 payment deadlines and use DEK's electronic document systems. They also registered on the corporate client portal, streamlining their operations.

This year's top performers included Severny Okrug LLC, Sputnik HOA, Bondarya HOA, Novator LLC, and Teply Dom LLC. DEK runs the 'A Step Ahead!' programme annually across all its operating regions.

A formal awards ceremony will take place in late March 2026 to honour the winning organizations.

The five selected firms demonstrated strong financial discipline and digital readiness. Their success highlights the growing importance of online tools in managing utility services. DEK continues to promote efficiency through this annual initiative.
