FinMarket-2026 Expands to Three Venues in Yekaterinburg for May Forum
Fourth All-Russian Financial Forum "FinMarket-2026" to Take Place in Yekaterinburg on May 12–13
The event will be held across three venues in Yekaterinburg: the Kosmos Cinema and Concert Theater, the Domna creative cluster, and the Salyut youth hub. The focus will be on practical case studies presented by federal-level speakers—entrepreneurs, business strategists, and investors. Attendance is free, but advance registration on the official website is required, as reported to Obshchestvennaya Gazeta by the Sverdlovsk Region's Department of Information Policy.
"We place great emphasis on the development of small and medium-sized businesses—the backbone of Sverdlovsk Region's economy," said Dmitry Ionin, deputy governor of the region. "Despite challenges with liquidity and the need to adapt to new tax realities, the year has begun with strong results: a growth of 6,300 new SMEs. It is crucial to sustain this momentum and provide businesses with tools for further growth. For the fourth year running, the FinMarket forum has served as one such instrument."
The forum's program is tailored to the interests of business owners and executives, financial and commercial top managers, marketers, brand managers, government representatives, aspiring entrepreneurs, and self-employed professionals.
"Sverdlovsk Region is home to 222,700 registered small and medium-sized enterprises," noted Andrey Antipov, Minister of Economy, Investment, and Territorial Development. "Our support system is now focused on fostering business growth, adaptability, competitiveness, and resilience. A series of educational and networking events has been designed to meet these goals. In today's environment, real-world examples and practical tools are essential. FinMarket-2026 will center on proven case studies and hands-on experience."
The forum will feature 11 thematic sessions, with speakers including leading federal experts and recognized authorities in their fields.
"This year, for the first time, the event will span three central venues," said Valery Pilichev, director of the Sverdlovsk Regional Entrepreneurship Support Fund. "At the Kosmos Theater, the forum will kick off with a panel discussion on global and Russian trends, followed by traditional sessions on financing, fintech services, and market expansion. On the second day, Domna will host case studies on promotion, negotiation strategies, and investment portfolio building. Special attention will be given to young audiences—Salyut's sessions, featuring speakers popular among youth, will cover startup fundamentals and investment tools."
The 4th All-Russian Financial Forum Finmarket is organized by the Government of Sverdlovsk Oblast, the Administration of Yekaterinburg, and the Sverdlovsk Regional Entrepreneurship Support Fund (SOFPP, which hosts the My Business center). The event aligns with the objectives of the Efficient and Competitive Economy national project.
