ESAF Small Finance Bank, with a mission to serve customers with care, precision, and speed, especially in communities where financial access is limited, has partnered with SugarCRM as a key technology provider to support its multi-year digital transformation initiative called StratoNeXt. This partnership aims to create a unified, data-driven customer engagement strategy and modernize ESAF Bank’s core banking systems to enhance service delivery and ensure regulatory compliance.

The heart of ESAF Bank’s customer engagement strategy with SugarCRM lies in using the platform as the central engine for a unified customer experience. This supports real-time engagement, deep personalization, and seamless service across all touchpoints such as branches, websites, call centers, and mobile apps.

To achieve this, the SugarCRM platform will be integrated with over 15 internal systems, including core banking, loan origination, digital onboarding, contact centers, and marketing tools.
