Sparkasse Passau, a financial institution with a strong regional presence, is seeking an enthusiastic individual to join their advisory team in mortgage financing. The ideal candidate will act as a "driver" for the mortgage financing business, helping clients realize their homeownership dreams.

About the Role

As a Dream Home Fulfiller in mortgage financing, you will be responsible for advising and selling mortgage financing to private customers. You will manage assigned sales units in the mortgage financing area and actively support them in acquiring mortgage financing customers.

Requirements

Educational Background

A completed commercial or banking education, such as a bank apprenticeship, degree in finance, business administration, or a comparable field, is essential.

Professional Experience

Experience in mortgage financing or real estate financing is preferred, but not mandatory. Knowledge of credit assessment and risk evaluation in real estate loans is highly desirable.

Skills and Competencies

Strong customer orientation and communication skills are crucial. You should be able to understand clients' needs and match financing solutions accordingly. Analytical skills to assess financial documents and creditworthiness are also necessary. Good negotiation and sales skills are essential for this role.

Personal Characteristics

Technical Requirements

Proficiency in using banking software and Microsoft Office applications is required. Fluency in German, both verbal and written, is a must.
