Kreissparkasse Miesbach-Tegernsee, a regional savings bank with a balance sheet total of 2.5 billion euros and approximately 320 employees, is looking to hire a Finance & Accounting employee. This role offers challenging tasks with a high degree of independence and entrepreneurial freedom.
The successful candidate will manage participations and own businesses, maintain the chart of accounts, and assist in processing turnover and income taxes. They will also prepare statistical and regulatory reports on time and manage accounts receivable, accounts payable, and fixed asset accounting.
To be considered for this role, candidates should have relevant education in finance, accounting, or business administration and experience in finance or accounting roles, preferably within banking. A training in banking, taxes, or accounting is highly desirable, as is certification as a certified accountant.
The ideal candidate should possess a strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial regulations, proficiency with accounting software and MS Office, and be detail-oriented with good analytical and organizational skills. Good communication skills in German (and possibly English) are also essential.
