Fibra UNO reports record revenue and 95.5% occupancy in latest quarterly results

Fibra UNO has reported strong financial growth in its latest quarterly results. The company saw a notable rise in revenue, occupancy rates, and net operating income. Management has also outlined plans to improve leverage and shareholder value in the coming months.

The real estate investment trust recorded a total revenue increase of MXN 348 million, marking a 4.6% rise from the previous quarter. Net Operating Income (NOI) climbed even higher, growing by MXN 498.3 million (8.9%) to reach MXN 6.079 billion. Occupancy rates also improved, rising to 95.5%—a 50-basis-point jump from the last reporting period.

Looking ahead, Fibra UNO aims to narrow the gap between its net asset value (NAV) and share price. The company's leverage currently sits between 35% and 40%, but further reductions are planned. This strategy relies on inflation-indexed business growth and the expansion of Fibra Next, its development arm.

Analysts expect the EBITDA margin to stabilise soon, though non-recurring expenses will be clarified in upcoming disclosures. While specific stock performance data for 2025 remains unavailable, a related fund—DWS Latin American Equities—showed a 26% cumulative gain from March 2024 to March 2025, possibly reflecting broader market confidence.

Fibra UNO's latest results highlight steady revenue growth and higher occupancy levels. The company's focus now shifts to optimising leverage and aligning share prices with asset values. Quarterly earnings for late 2025 were released in February 2026, though detailed figures have not yet been made public.
