Expert Consultants Needed for the Securities Division in a Passive Business (Male/Female/Diverse)
Are you a bank business economist or have a comparable qualification with experience in sales in the securities and passive business area? If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you at Sparkasse Mainfranken Würzburg, one of the largest employers in Mainfranken.
As a Specialist Advisor in Securities/Passive Business (m/f/d), you will play a crucial role in supporting assigned sales units in securities and passive business. Your responsibilities will include conducting training and coaching measures, accompanying complex customer conversations, and providing local management with valuable insights.
In addition, you will be responsible for analyzing market trends, advising clients on securities investments with a focus on passive investment products (e.g., index funds, ETFs), and ensuring compliance with financial regulations. Ideally, you will also be a certified sales trainer (m/f/d) to help other team members develop their skills.
