Wiggers Carpentry Shop Expands in Nordhorn's Industrial Area

After a decade in the A31-Nordhorn-Klausheide-Ost industrial area, Wiggers Carpentry Shop continues to thrive and grow. Established in 1962, this family-run business specialises in the production and processing of high-quality wooden stairs, parquet floors, and furniture, and currently employs eight staff members, two of whom are in training.

With a total of 1,400 square metres of production, storage, and exhibition space, Wiggers has been able to cater to a wide range of customers and projects. The company's commitment to quality craftsmanship and individual customer service has earned it a solid reputation in the region.

Looking ahead, Wiggers is planning to invest significantly in the area of automation, with the aim of increasing efficiency and productivity. In addition, the company has already secured options on adjacent properties for potential expansion, and has also secured an option on further commercial areas in Klausheide for potential spatial growth.

Economic developer Ingo Niehaus has praised Wiggers as an example of innovation and growth in Nordhorn's medium-sized businesses. He highlighted the availability and size of the areas in Klausheide as an advantage for Wiggers and other companies in the area, providing them with the space they need to grow and succeed.

With its focus on craftsmanship, innovation, and growth, Wiggers Carpentry Shop is poised for a bright future in the industrial area of A31-Nordhorn-Klausheide-Ost.
