Eurobank has partnered with Fairfax Digital Services and is supported by EY and Microsoft 365 to integrate agentic AI into its core banking operations. According to Deputy CEO Stavros Ioannou, this initiative marks a significant step in Eurobank's AI journey. EY's Global Financial Services Leader, Omar Ali, sees agentic AI as a critical lever for competitive advantage in the banking sector. The project will leverage Microsoft Azure, EY.ai Agentic Platform, and NVIDIA-accelerated computing to develop a scalable, automated system.

The goal is to position Eurobank as a first mover in agentic AI adoption across the banking sector.
