Elemental Royalty Corporation to Debut on TSX Under Ticker 'ELE'
Elemental Royalty Corporation will begin trading on the Toronto Stock Exchange (TSX) on Tuesday, April 7, 2026. The move marks a significant step in the company's expansion, according to its Chief Executive Officer, David M. Cole. The company's shares will trade under the symbol 'ELE' on the TSX. No new shares were issued, and no additional financing accompanied the listing. At the same time, Elemental Royalty will voluntarily delist from the TSX Venture Exchange.
Currently, the company holds 18 producing assets worldwide. Four of these are located in Africa, spread across Mali (2), Burkina Faso (1), and Côte d'Ivoire (1). CEO David M. Cole described the TSX listing as a **'natural next step'** in the company's growth. He added that the move would improve visibility and attract a wider shareholder base.
The transition to the TSX reflects Elemental Royalty's ongoing development. With no new shares issued, the focus remains on expanding its market presence. Trading under 'ELE' will begin as scheduled on April 7, 2026.
