Election Outcomes Declared for Payments Innovation Forum's Board of Directors in 2025
The Payments Innovation Forum (PIF) has announced the results of its 2025 Board elections, which saw eight new representatives join the board, bringing fresh perspectives and expanding the diversity of experience.
Among the newly elected members are Mark Beresford, Director at Edgar, Dunn & Company, Lori Breitzke, Head of US Channel Development & Partners at B4B Payments, Scott Dawson, CEO of DECTA, Chris Ford, Senior Director, BHN EMEA at Blackhawk Network (BHN), Tribh Grewal, Head of International Product Strategy and Business Development at Discover Network / Diners Club International (DN / DCI), Kevin McAdam, CEO and Executive Director of Andaria UK / Andaria Financial Services UK Ltd, Daniel Saliba, Founder and Chief Executive Officer of Lighthouse Compliance UK, and Jonathan Vaux, Global Head of Propositions & Partnerships at Thredd.
Three Board members will continue their service, including two re-elected directors, Hartwig Gerhartinger, SVP Global Regulatory, Enterprise Risk, ESG, Paysafe, and Jason Field, Vice President, Account Management, Mastercard, and one continuing director, Boris Diakonov, Co-CEO & Co-Founder, ANNA Money. Diane Brocklebank, Executive Director, Payments Innovation Forum, remains a member of the PIF Board.
The newly elected members were announced on July 18, 2025, as newly elected non-executive directors who will provide independent insight and strategic guidance to the Forum. Their roles will be instrumental in guiding the strategic direction of the organization and fostering innovation across the payments ecosystem.
