Eco-Model Region Landshut Launches 'Eco-Project Framework' for Bio-Economy Boost
The Eco-Model Region Landshut has launched a call for small projects under its 'Eco-Project Framework', subject to approval by the Office for Rural Development (ALE) of Lower Bavaria. Applications are invited for projects that strengthen regional bio-agricultural and food economy, improve regional bio-food supply, and promote regional bio-value chains, all aligned with the BioRegio 2030 goals.
Eligible projects must have total costs not exceeding 20,000 euros net and must not have started before funding. They should focus on raising awareness among actors in regional bio-value chains and contributing to the regional bio-food supply. The deadline for applications is 18 January 2026. Applicants can contact Eco-Model Region Manager Veronika Stanglmayr for queries. Successful projects must be implemented by 1 October 2026 to provide proof of implementation.
The Eco-Model Region Landshut plans to apply again in 2026 for funding of an 'Eco-Project Framework' from the ALE. Further information and application forms are available on the official website.
The 'Eco-Project Framework' aims to support small projects that contribute to the regional bio-economy and promote sustainable practices. With the 'Regionaler Mobilitätspass' project coordinated by Veronika Stanglmayr as a potential beneficiary, the region looks forward to innovative solutions that strengthen its bio-agricultural and food economy.
