Downtown Lafayette's Pho Benny restaurant is now for sale
Pho Benny, a well-known Vietnamese restaurant in downtown Lafayette, is now on the market. The business has been serving traditional dishes since its opening in 2021 and remains operational while the sale is underway.
The restaurant sits at 965 Mountain View Drive, directly across from Trader Joe’s. It occupies 1,700 square feet and includes 50 indoor seats, a patio area, and parking at the rear. Inside, there’s a walk-in cooler, and the venue holds a beer-and-wine licence, which was transferred to Pho Benny LLC in 2025.
Pho Benny offers a menu of classic Vietnamese dishes, including pho, spring rolls, and banh mi. It stands out as one of the few Vietnamese eateries in the 925 area. The listing, shared by Thu Hoai Vo—an officer of Pho Benny LLC—shows the business generates around $900,000 in annual revenue. Current rent is $7,500 per month, covering base rent plus NNN charges. The asking price for the restaurant ranges between $270,000 and $280,000. Long Le is listed as the contact in the Lafayette Chamber of Commerce directory.
The sale includes a fully equipped restaurant with an established customer base and a prime location near shopping. Potential buyers will take over a business that has maintained steady operations since its launch three years ago.
