Digitas Expands C-Level Positions to Address Artificial Intelligence Revolution
Fresh Perspective:
Digitas takes a leap into the future with three AI-centric C-suite roles, aiming to solidify an intelligent edge in the industry.
Jen Faraci, once the Chief Data Officer, now occupies the role of Chief Intelligence Officer. She oversees data, analytics, and strategic intelligence, working towards developing AI-powered products that enhance customer understanding and smart decision-making for clients.
Adam Birkenhead, former Chief Operating Officer, steps up as the Chief Systems Officer, focusing on seamlessly integrating AI and technology systems to boost the agency's efficiency and effectiveness.
John Kahn, currently managing Digitas New York, moves to become the Chief Transformation Officer. His mission is to guide U.S. client teams in adopting AI-driven strategies, fostering innovation, and ensuring AI integration in client service and creative delivery.
By adding these roles, Digitas plans to ride the wave of the "intelligence era," where AI will significantly impact marketing efforts.
In April 2024, Digitas introduced Digitas AI, a cutting-edge generative AI operating system and suite of tools, synced with leading large language models (LLMs).
"Brands today grapple with fractured audiences, rapidly evolving platforms, and an AI-dominated world that demands more than just responses—it needs a partner that can navigate complex system interactions, intelligence, insights, and investments," stated Digitas CEO Amy Lanzi. She further added, "This is a transformative juncture for both brands and agencies. Our newly reorganized leadership is here to help clients surmount these challenges and flourish in unimaginable ways."
Additionally, Digitas recently launched Digitas Pictures, a branded content studio, continuing its commitment to delivering innovative, bespoke solutions to clients in the fast-paced digital landscape.
