Darwinbox Raises $15M Led by Salesforce Ventures to Accelerate Digital HR Adoption
Darwinbox, a leading global HCM platform, has raised $15 million in a funding round led by Salesforce Ventures. The company, founded by Chaitanya Peddi, Jayant Paleti, and Rohit Chennamaneni, aims to accelerate digital HR adoption and deepen product offerings with the fresh funds. Darwinbox has raised over $115 million to date, with the latest round in February 2022 led by Technology Crossover Ventures. Notable investors include Salesforce Ventures, Sequoia Capital, and Lightspeed Venture Partners. The company will collaborate with Salesforce to maximize value to customers, build out its product stack, and expand globally. Alex Kayyal, Partner and Head of International at Salesforce Ventures, praised Darwinbox's innovation and leadership in Asia's enterprise market.
Darwinbox's HCM platform empowers and engages the workforce of over 500 global enterprises, including Adani, Mahindra, and Kotak. With over one million employees across 60 countries, the platform has seen revenues grow by over 300% since the September funding round.
With the latest funding, Darwinbox will accelerate digital HR adoption and deepen product offerings.
