Current Status of Resettlement from Temporary Housing Units in Yakutiya, as Announced by the Mayor
The city of Yakutsk is witnessing significant advancements in its urban renewal and development plans, particularly in the "Sports" microdistrict. As part of this project, 15 municipal contracts have been signed for the purchase of 39 residential units, totalling 153.9 million rubles.
Residents from buildings on Zhornitskogo, Pioneer, and Yakutskaya streets are being relocated to new and improved housing. The resettlement process has seen three residential buildings resettled: at 19 and 21 ul. Zhorintskogo, and 13 ul. Pioneer.
The budget has allocated approximately 555 million rubles for the priority resettlement of these buildings. The buildings on ul. Zhornitskogo, 40 have already been demolished.
The Yakutsk City Administration is responsible for the resettlement, with the MCKU "Department of Housing Relations" working closely with citizens, conducting daily apartment inspections.
In the meantime, construction is underway for a new kindergarten and a sports complex, integral to the overall development strategy for the microdistrict. These facilities aim to enhance living conditions and community life for the relocated residents.
For the latest updates or specific timelines, contacting the Yakutsk city administration or the project management offices directly would provide the most current details. Inquiries can be made to the resettlement department of JSC "RIA" at 8(4112) 50-86-30, 8(924) 163-33-68.
The mobile office of RIA in quarter 17 continues to operate for document collection for resettlement. As of today, 25 families out of 124 have realised their housing rights: 17 families have received housing, 8 families have received monetary compensation. Six agreements on the provision of compensation have been concluded for a total of 32 million 553 thousand rubles, with monetary funds having been transferred to 6 families to date.
A 9-story municipal building for temporary housing is planned to be constructed on the territory of the resettled buildings. Compensation for the seized residential premises in monetary form is provided to the owners of 8 residential premises. Agreements have been reached with 47 owners of apartments (80%) from the buildings to be resettled on the territory of the house construction. One apartment (27.60 sq.m) remains to be resettled, housing 5 people (a court decision is in place for it).
For those affected, AO SZ "RIA" is working on resettling tenants on the territory of the future first residential building within the framework of implementing the KRT in the "Sports" microdistrict. Tenants and owners of apartments in the buildings at the following addresses are invited: Yakutskaya Street 57, 59, 61/1, 57/1, 63, 55, 59/1, 63/1, and Pioneer Street 38/1, 40.
The resettlement of residents from five dilapidated apartment buildings is ongoing for the construction of a kindergarten, a sports complex, and two schools. As of August 19, 2024, 535 people from 11 apartment buildings have been resettled under the Republican Address Program (RAP).
The progress in the "Sports" microdistrict is a testament to Yakutsk City's commitment to improving living conditions and community life for its residents.
People interested in investing in the urban development of Yakutsk might consider real-estate opportunities in the "Sports" microdistrict, given the city's substantial allocation of funds for resettlement and construction projects, such as a new kindergarten and sports complex. By October 2024, expecting the completion of these projects, interested individuals can find improved housing options as part of the city's resettlement plan, specifically for those residing on Zhornitskogo, Pioneer, and Yakutskaya streets. Intrigued financing prospects could potentially arise as part of the ongoing relocation plans within this microdistrict.
