Initially, reports indicated the laying of the foundation stone for the dairy farm in Bolshvedorokovo in September 2023. The ambitious project aimed to house 1,999 bovine friends, with production goals of 110-120 tons of milk daily. Construction was planned to wrap up in 2025 at a whopping investment cost of 2.3 billion rubles. The venture hopes to create around 80 new job opportunities for locals.
Meaniz teased, "The farm in Bolshvedorokovo is nearing completion, with an estimated launch in August. It's gonna be lit!"
He added that in 2025, the farm would need 2,000 head of cattle, with an estimated price tag of around half a billion rubles.
According to the press service of the Tomsk regional department of social-economic development, 2,173 Holstein non-polled breeds would be acquired in Tomsk Oblast in 2025 alone.
OOO "Bolshvedorokovskoe Moloko" was registered in September 2022. The company is part of the OOO "Holding Molko" holding, which also includes OOO "Derevenskoe Moloko" and OOO "Sibirskoe Moloko" (the farm in the village of Yagodnoe, Aсиnovsky raion).
