In this hybrid role for a project manager with a producer's heart, you will be responsible for translating client needs and strategic goals into clear, actionable briefs for the team. You will lead the production of various content formats, collaborate with the SEO and strategy teams, and manage resources to ensure the delivery of high-quality content for a diverse portfolio of clients.
With a minimum of 5+ years of professional experience in a combination of project management, account management, and/or content production within an agency or in-house marketing team, you will have the opportunity to shape the trajectory of this rapidly growing agency. Your proficiency with project management software like monday.com, Wrike, Jira, or Airtable, along with your experience with Adobe Creative Suite or video post-production tools like Frame.io, will be valuable assets.
Familiarity with SEO principles and how they apply to content creation is a major plus, as is your experience managing the production of digital content, including video, web content, and social media campaigns. You will also be required to demonstrate a producer's mindset by proactively solving problems, managing logistics, and finding creative solutions to production challenges.
As the final checkpoint for quality, you will proofread and edit creative assets, and serve as the primary department point of contact for a portfolio of clients. Your exceptional client-facing communication and presentation skills will be essential in this role.
