Duisburg, Germany - The Economic Operations (WBD) of Duisburg will commence a significant renovation project on Krefelder Straße in Duisburg-Rheinhausen from August 4, 2023. The project, estimated to cost around 1.1 million euros, will involve initial canal construction work between house numbers 276 and 282, followed by the renewal of the roadway.

The renovation works will initially affect the area roughly level with the playground and gradually move north towards the intersection with Lindenallee. During the construction phase, traffic on Krefelder Straße will be affected, and temporary diversions may be necessary. However, pedestrians and cyclists can still pass through the street.
