ClearCourse strengthens leadership with four new executive hires to fuel growth
ClearCourse has expanded its leadership team with four key appointments. The company, which specialises in enterprise-level technology for SMEs, aims to accelerate growth through acquisitions and innovation. New roles include heads of finance, operations, AI, and mergers & acquisitions.
Nigel Bayles takes on the position of Chief Financial Officer, bringing experience from high-growth businesses. His focus will be on shaping the company's financial strategy to support expansion.
Jonathan Bedford joins as Chief Operating Officer with 30 years in technology. He will oversee the scaling of operations and improvements to customer experience across the group.
Cecilia Lee, holding a PhD in Service Design and 13 years in AI, becomes Head of AI Transformation. Her role involves integrating AI to boost internal efficiency and enhance customer solutions.
Jesse Williamson, with two decades in software, technology, and payments, will lead ClearCourse's acquisition strategy as Head of M&A. His expertise will help drive the company's growth through targeted takeovers.
ClearCourse has built its portfolio entirely through acquisitions, now owning over 30 brands. The sectors most represented include education and training, hospitality, and sports & leisure. These range from learning management systems for schools to booking software for hotels and membership tools for leisure facilities.
