The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing innovative training concepts and formats, independently managing the selection process, and conducting training, workshops, events, and exam preparations. As the first point of contact for apprentices, the Central Trainer will provide support throughout their training period.
The Central Trainer should be familiar with TVAöD-S, personnel law regulations, and the performance spectrum of different educational institutions. They should also possess excellent communication skills, high initiative, and structured working methods.
