The revitalization of the city center is another focus for the CDU. The party sees the decline in the city center and some district centers as the most pressing challenge in Hamm and plans to make it safe, clean, and livable for all generations.
In the fight against crime, the CDU prioritizes increasing citizen safety through increased video surveillance and more personnel in the municipal public order service (KOD). The party's "So! goes Hamm" program sets the course for the forward-thinking development of Hamm across all crucial areas.
