Cboe Global Markets, Inc. has announced the appointment of Prashant Bhatia as Executive Vice President, Head of Enterprise Strategy & Corporate Development, effective September 2, 2025. Bhatia brings over 30 years of global experience in the financial services sector to the role.
Before joining Cboe, Bhatia led Enterprise Strategy & Corporate Development at TD Ameritrade for 11 years. During his tenure, he oversaw a period of transformative organic and acquisition-driven growth.
Bhatia's focus as an equity research analyst was on brokers and asset managers. This experience may provide valuable insights into the competitive landscape of the financial services sector. His rigorous approach to financial decision-making and keen understanding of the competitive landscape will further enhance Cboe's ability to deliver long-term growth to their shareholders.
