BTQ Joins VanEck’s Quantum ETF as Europe Embraces Next-Gen Tech

BTQ Technologies Corp. has been added to the VanEck Quantum Computing UCITS ETF, providing European investors easier access to its shares. The ETF tracks the MarketVector Global Quantum Leaders Total Return Net Index, which includes 30 firms, including BTQ, known for its work in quantum computing and security. BTQ, founded in 2021, specializes in full-stack quantum solutions, covering hardware, middleware, and post-quantum cryptography. The company claims to have achieved the first commercially significant quantum advantage in its field. The ETF rebalances every quarter and has a total expense ratio of 0.55%. BTQ's inclusion follows its recognition for advancements in quantum security and secure hardware. The firm is listed on the Canadian Securities Exchange under the ticker BTQ. The addition to the VanEck ETF broadens BTQ's reach among European investors, placing it alongside 29 other key players in the sector.
