Axa Germany Appoints Johannes Dick as New Board Member for People Experience
Axa Germany has announced the appointment of Johannes Dick as the new Board Member for People Experience and Labor Director, effective November 1, 2025. Dick, currently heading the SME property and casualty insurance division at Axa Group, will succeed Sirka Laudon who is stepping down.
Dick's career with Axa Group spans over a decade, beginning as an executive assistant to the CEO in 2012. He has since held various strategic roles, including head of strategy, data, and organization at Axa Konzern AG, and most recently, the head of the P&C division for private customers.
Before his current role, Dick served as the head of the People Experience Division at Axa Germany, a position he took over on November 1, 2025. This marks his first board role within the company, as he did not hold any other reported positions within Axa Group in Germany prior to this appointment.
Dick brings a wealth of experience and a strong educational background to his new role. With a bachelor's and master's degree in economics and business from Maastricht University, as well as a PhD in applied economics, Dick is well-equipped to lead the People Experience division at Axa Germany. His appointment is expected to bring fresh perspectives and strategic insights to the company.
